Liability Waivers

Everyone — children and adults — must complete and sign a waiver before being allowed onto the SuperSplash. Save time and get into the water faster by completing your waiver online now via the buttons below before arriving at the waterpark. Waivers are valid for one season.

Who are you signing the waiver for?

• Please choose “Children with Adult” to fill out the liability waiver for yourself and/or your children.
• Please choose “Adult Only” to fill out the liability waiver for yourself if you are over 18 and attending without any minors.

Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have a liability waiver completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian.
